Delivery

 

All UK Orders are sent Royal Mail and will require a signature. Standard Delivery is typically 3-5 working days. 

 

Most international orders are sent using Royal Mail but larger heavier orders will be sent by ParcelForce. For International orders, please allow up to 14 working days. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

 

UK SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

 

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.

Most orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service, however, orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce. All will require a signature on delivery.

 

PLEASE NOTE: International Orders may incur a customs or import duty fee that would have to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.
